APC's Legal Action Fund supports legal action in cases whose outcomes have implications for the entire pharmacy compounding profession. 

In the past two years, via the Legal Action Fund, we've filed three amicus briefs in important court cases, including a California disciplinary case to defend compounders' right to compound methylcobalamin, a case in Federal Court in New Jersey addressing ambiguity in FDA's insanitary conditions guidance, and in the lawsuit by seven compounding pharmacies against the FDA concerning the MOU on interstate shipment of compounded drugs.
